Email to customer not working

    Hi,

    BTW – this is a great plugin.

    I’m having an issue getting any (pending or confirmed) email to send to the user once they successfully submit the form. The Admin receives the booking but that’s all.

    I’ve tried using PHPmailer and an external SMTP (sendGrid) service. Same result.

    Is there anything I’m missing?

    Any help would be appreciated.

  • I was running into the same issue and installed WP Mail SMTP plugin and set it to use Gmail. It is working fine for me now.

    Between a bit of tinkering and realising I’d miss labeled a field it’s now working. Panic over. lol

    FYI Sendgrid api failed, sendgrid SMTP (configured through Easy WP SMTP) worked
