Email to Administrator Not Working

Hello,
My client recently purchased your Pro version of the Booking Calendar W/ payment options. Ver 20.32.
We have set up a calendar with multiple reservations but the emails to the administrator do not send. We are, however, receiving the emails to the user so we know that the mail servers are working correctly.
We have tried 3 different email address to send the notifications too, including our website domain email, a Gmail address, and a Yahoo address. We have checked the Spam filters on all three mailboxes.
I have also toggled on and off the “Use PHPMailer” option as suggested in the other posts regarding this or a similar issue.
Please advise on any further troubleshooting we can do or if you have any questions about our current installation.
