    Simple Social Icons is designed to link to your social network profiles, rather than share content.

    StudioPress also offers a sharing plugin called Genesis Simple Share, but it doesn’t currently offer a “send to a friend” button.

    If that’s an important feature for you, you could look at alternative share plugins, such as Jetpack with the Sharing module active. The sharing module’s “email to a friend” button looks like this: https://d.pr/i/JDYj
