Email Text bases on dropdown value

    Hi, can I write conditional message in Email Option –> Custom Text in Email For User ?

    For example, send different email template when user select different dropdown value.

    Thanks for your inquiry and sorry for the late response.

    Dear user, you can show or hide certain fields depending on user’s prior selection, but we do not have an option to change the content of the email that should be sent to the user depending on the selected value.

    However, the feature you wish to get would be a great addition to the product. So could you please add your suggestion to our Submit Your Idea page?
