Email text bar and Submit Button – Width and Height

    To whom this may concern,

    We have attempted to install the free mailchimp plugin on our site. We are having trouble with the email text box width and height. We are also having issues with the submit button being cut off. We have attempted to delete the plugin and reinstall it and are having the same issues over and over. Please advise on a solution. We are interested in purchasing the pro version but want to test the free version first.

    Hi Stephan,

    This sounds like a theme issue, did you try loading the “form reset” stylesheet? You can do this by going to the forms settings page on WP Admin > MailChimp for WP > Forms and selecting “Yes, load basic form styles” for the “Load form styles?” option.
