• First of all, thank you for creating a bridge to osTicket. I’ve been wanting to replace my current ticket system with OST for a while now.

    In the backend, I get the follow warning message: Warning: 1 or more of your email templates is not setup ? Click Here. When I try to save an email template in the backend, it shows the progress bar as saving, but then it doesn’t save the template.

    Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

    hmm,

    It should save your template fine when you press the save button.
    (it should popup a ajax loader with saving –> then complete).

    Hello,

    We have made a small update of the code.
    Seems one validation didn’t allow the templates from saving.

    the fix has also been pushed to your site and everything should be working now.

    i have the exact same problem, the template is not saving. I have to directly edit adminticketmail.php to modify the templates.
