Email Templates not Saving

First of all, thank you for creating a bridge to osTicket. I’ve been wanting to replace my current ticket system with OST for a while now.
In the backend, I get the follow warning message: Warning: 1 or more of your email templates is not setup ? Click Here. When I try to save an email template in the backend, it shows the progress bar as saving, but then it doesn’t save the template.
Any help with this is greatly appreciated.
