Email templates in Dutch not loading

Hi,

thanks for this great plugin!

Unfortunately Email templates in Dutch aren’t working anymore, though they used to. A few remarks:

• the language of ‘Default email templates’ is set to Dutch
• changes to email template content are saved
• setting the language of ‘Default email templates’ to English is not saved (switches back to Dutch on reload of the page, but it is actually sending the English templates!)
• repairing database and calendar settings is not working
