Email templates are not working

    Hi, I’ve created several email templates and they were working perfectly fine until yesterday or a day before. But now I’ve tried test orders and they are not working at all. Everything is fine in the plugin, its updated as well and templates are there as well but when I do a test order I receive default woocommerce email not the one template that I’ve built.
    Kindly respond asap as its urgent.

    Hi,

    We are sorry for letting us know your problem.
    1. You should do custom on our available email templates, make sure your custom template is ordered above the same template type.
    2. Try to test with just WooCommerce and our plugin. Let us know.
