    Hi, The Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce plugin is affecting the WooCommerce email templates. When enabled, WooCommerce’s Customer completed order email is gone and the template changes. Here’s a screen recording – https://share.getcloudapp.com/p9uQ1jbB.
    Are you adding your own email templates or overriding the WooComerce default email templates? I reached out to the Kadence Email Customizer plugin that I am using, and they said that if you do override templates, their plugin’s text customizations will not be used. The one thing that I want to fix is the body text in the email customizer. As seen in the screen recording, I have my own text and it automatically changes to “we have finished processing your order”. It won’t let me edit the default text due to the plugin issue. How can I fix this problem?

    Hi @lvthm,
    We are adding our own completed order status email template.
    You can change the body text of the completed order status email using our Customizer. Navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Settings and open the Fulfillment WorkFlow panel and click on the settings icon. From here you can customize the completed order status email template.
