    Yes, it’s the right way to save custom email templates.
    The logo should be added to the email template.

    and why is a template changed by your editor stored in the other place?

    I want to specify my question about the logo.
    In the template file I can’t see any images. but in the email there is the logo shown as header image.
    how can I hide this?

    another addition to my question.
    Why are e-mail body texts still stored in the database? These are no longer used, right?
    there are stored in wp_options => um_options.

    the problem with image is resolved. it was an theme problem.
