Email template won't save

    Email template won’t save, it seems to be write-only or something. On opening, the email editor is blank, if I switch to text view, there is sample template html, then switching back to Visual the text shows and I can edit it, but hitting the update button doesn’t save anything. The template goes back to being blank when I reload.

    I’m using version WordPress 4.5.1 and v. 2.7 of the plugin

    Hi Zaggle,

    Thank you for telling us which version of WordPress and abandoned cart lite plugin are activated on your store.

    Can you please let me know that the issue still persists on your site after re-installing the plugin?

    If the issue still persists then can you please provide us the email address? So we can provide you the modified copy of our plugin which contains the fix for the blank email template issue.

    Please let me know that if you have any further queries regarding our abandoned cart plugin.

    Note:

    We will release this fix in the next update of the plugin which has the same fix.
