Email template with bank data

  • Would it be possible to eliminate the bank data information from the emails if the option ‘cash on pickup’ is chosen?
    A costumer was confused if he should transfer the money now to the bank account or not, because the bank data were in the confirmation email.

    Hey,

    could you be more specific, please? What bank data info are you talking about? The one from WooCommerce built-in BACS payment gateway? It shouldn’t be present in the email at all as far as COP is chosen as payment method. Or maybe some other payment method plugin is active?
