Email template to include booking form category

Hello, I am setting up my email template that goes to administrator when a booking is created. In the email template, there are placeholders such as #customer_name #appointment_time.

Is there a way to include the category ID or Category Name to the notification email.

I have several devices, each with it’s own booking form. When the notification email is sent to the admin I want the email to indicate which form it came from. Is there a way to do this? Thanks in advance!
