    Hello,

    I’m trying to customize my order confirmation email header, colors along with format and based on Woo tutorials there should be an “Email template” section under Woocommerce settings—>Emails page where header image, colors and other setting can be configured.

    For some reason the Email template section is missing in my Woo environment under “/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=email” page and I need help on how these setting can be configured without editing the .php file.

    Any help on this issue is very much appreciated.

    Hello @scentsallure,

    There isn’t a setting that needs to be enabled for it to render, it should be there even with a fresh instalment of WordPress and WooCommerce.

    This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing the conflict.     To clarify, how do I revert back from the Storefront to my theme ensuring my site & customizations are not impacted ?

    Hi @scentsallure

    All theme settings are saved in your website database but for safe side you can create a staging version of the website and do all the troubleshooting steps on the Staging website.
