Email template is not working

Hello,

This last month I been getting some errors from the plugin, I dont know if is an update related issue but this time the client is complaining about the automatic emails.

His customers are getting the default email, in this case is the course enrollment template wich is not translated and with the default format.

I′ve checked in the plugin and everything seems to be ok, with the proper translation and colour scheme.

Could you please verify?
