Email support in the likes of live chat

Hey there fellas.

I have been tasked to find a contact form, or in worst case, make one my self, that immitates live support visually (widget placed at the bottom of a section, rolls up when clicked, user enters name, email and message, done).

The only ones i can find are bona fide live support systems, which could be used, if they had an “send email if offline” setting but i have yet to come across that.

So, does anyone have a suggestion for a plugin which could be useful in this situation?

Or alternatively, a link to a guide of how to turn a contact form into a live support look alike?
