    For the love of everything that’s holy send an update that turns OFF the email summaries by default. I get hundreds every week!

    We didn’t ask for this. It will take me hours to turn them all off.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Our goal is to provide website owners with a convenient snapshot of their site’s performance through monthly email summaries. This is enabled by default for those who aren’t aware of them but can benefit greatly. We understand not everyone may need these emails, and so the feature can be switched off at Insights ? Settings ? Advanced ? Email Summaries.

    That being said, we acknowledge that email summaries may not be well-suited for all use cases, and we apologize for any frustration it has caused.

    I know where to turn it off. That’s the issue; our team has to go through dozens of websites to turn it off.

    A better product feature release would have been to communicate the new options available for customers with a clear path to turning on those reports. Instead, you assumed all of us want the reports and didn’t take into account large web agencies that now have to waste billable time to turn features off.

    What are the chances you can create a release that turns these off by default?

To offer the most value in the Lite (free) version, our team constantly evaluates the needs and preferences of our diverse user base. At this time, we don’t have plans to alter the default settings as it aligns with the preferences of the majority of our users.
