Email suddenly stopped sending

We have had this form built for 2 years without issue. Somebody tried submitting it tonight and no email was sent to the team as is usually what happens. I went through to make sure everything was filled out and nothing had changed. Everything is up to date and nothing is is my spam folder. I’m not sure what happened other than us updating word press a few weeks back. It’s been since the summer when the last person submitted a form so I am not sure when it stopped working exactly. It is our scholarship form for an annual summer event.
