email subscription issues

1) In Email Subscribers plugin: when a new subscriber receives notification of subscription and clicks the link (which is a whole string, not just the name criticalidealism.org), the error message “Opps! … Contact admin.” occurs and the new subscription is not confirmed.
2) Administrator not receiving copies of new post notifications.

Sincere apologies for the huge delay in response.
Kindly update the plugin to its latest version ( i.e 3.4.7).Kindly let me know if you face the problem after the plugin update.
