    Hi!
    I subscribed through your popup and received the letter with request to confirm the subscription. Maybe you didn’t confirm the subscription? And consequently you are not in the list of subscribers.

    If you mean that popup plugin doesn’t sending the emails with the new posts of your blog to subsribers – Idea of Popup plugin is to collect subscribers. And sending the emails about the new posts make plugins destined for mailings – newsletters plugins.
