Email Subscribers not sending notifications

Hi,

Sorry for the inconvenience you had.

First check whether emails are in queue or not. You can check from Email Subscribers > Reports section and if yes, try to send manually using “Send Queued Emails Now” button.

Which version of WordPress & Email Subscribers are you using?

If you are not using latest version(4.0.9 at this moment) of Email Subscribers, request you to upgrade to the latest version and check once again.

If you are already using latest version of Email Subscribers please test whether test emails are sending without any issue or not. You can send test email from Email Subscribers > Tools section.

Still you are facing the issue, contact us. We will take a look into this issue.

@vikrant123 We are not able to find Email Subscriber form on your website. Can you please tell us exactly where you are using ES form?

I checked the queue and all intended emails were supposedly sent,
including a notification of a new post I created today. They all
show “completed” status…..nothing in queue waiting to be sent.

I know the email was never received because I am the only subscriber to date.

I am using the latest version of WordPress and version 4.0.9 of ES.

So I ran an email test from the Tools section and never received the email.
I checked the Spam folder as well…..not there.

Looks like everything is working except the emails never get sent.

I know other people are complaining about the same issue. I hope you
can fix this because I know of no other plugin that does what you are
trying to do and I really want/need this functionality.

If I can be of any assistance I will be happy to do so.

If test worked, there might be some issue with Email Subscribers plugin but in your case test email did not work. So, I suspect email sending issue is with your WordPress setup.

Please let us know are you using any SMTP plugin to send emails?

Not working for me either. I got the email saying sent. But I am a subscriber too and I never got the email about the new post. I want it to happen automatically. It used to work beautifully!

I sent a test email and it worked.

@vikrant123 We couldn’t find Email Subscribers Widget on your website. Can you please point us the exact web page where you setup it.

@dmerrill Please contact us. We will take a look into your issue.

@franceswest Please make sure your Post Notification is set correctly. You can confirm it by going through Email Subscribers > Campaigns section and check once again.

Make sure you selected template correctly.

If issue still persists, contact us. We will take a look into your issue as well.

Good morning,

Our website https://futureentech.com installed Email subscribers and newsletter plugin. We have a total of 143 subscribers at Audience list and while posting a new article, the plugin just sends post notification to only 65 to 70 subscribers.

How to resolve this issue?

Greetings. I am also having this issue on a website. They are stuck in queue. We set up a new newsletter subscription- that seems to be working but I don’t want to lose the current subscribers I have. Please advise.

On my side, since the update of Email Subscribers, Mail notifications stay in queue.
When i click on Send Email it works but how to do this automaticaly when a new article is posted ?

could you describe WHERE can I find:

Email Subscribers > Reports section

and

Email Subscribers > Tools section

I am trying to track how many of my subscribes email was sent

To see who received your notice, go to Reports. Click on Email Subscribers and a menu will open. Click on View below the last post and you will see who received the email and who opened it.

To see just a list of your subscribers, go to Audience.
