Could you please confirm that the post you are publishing is a new one, and not a duplicate or republished post?

The post is new. As far as I understand after testing, a similar problem arises if the post is not immediately assigned to the heading, but first saved as a draft, and then published.

So to understand what is causing the issue on your end.

Initially, we would request you to check if a Post notification campaign is created? (Email Subscribers > Campaign).

If yes, then we suggest you to confirm that campaign is enabled(status).

Also, there are chances that the post doesn’t have the required categories selected while publishing it. In that case, we would suggest you to publish the post with the required category and set the campaign.

Also, please check if you are receiving the test email or not.

As I realized, the problem is due to the fact that articles are not displayed in the selection of the type of posts. Here is a screenshot from a test site, where your plugin sees them, but a screen from the main site, where they are not on the list. What can this be connected with, how to fix the problem?
