    Forminator order form was submitting the submission order email correctly up until the 28th August, suddenly changed for the next email submission on the 31 August. The code {all_non_empty_fields} that was making the email only show what was actually ordered is now no longer working. Every field is now appearing in the email, and the number of items is now appearing with .00 after each one.

    I have prepared a pdf which has screen captures of 2 emails that were received. I have also exported the form.

    Hi @angelamd59,

    Hope you are doing good today.

    Regarding the issue noticed, I suppose you noticed this after updating the plugin. Which I’m afraid, is a known issue and will be addressed in the next release of Formanitor ie v 1.15.1.

    This happens when using {all_non_empty_fields}, {all_fields} tags in the email. If the fields are added individually in the email notifications ie for example:

    {number-1}
    {number-2}

    etc

    Then the decimals won’t be listed. However, since your email is big, I can understand adding each field individually won’t be feasible.

    I can confirm we already have formulated a fix regarding this and hopefully a fix will be released regarding this asap.

    Sorry for any inconvenience due to this.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin

    Hi Nithin,
    I updated to Version 1.15.2 and I am still getting the 0.00 on each order line. Again it is disregarding {all_non_empty_fields}, and sending every single field.

    I was hoping that this would have been fixed with this update. Please let me know if there is a way around this. This is what is in the email notifications to admin:
    You have a new website form submission:
    {all_non_empty_fields}

    This message was sent from {site_url}.

    Hi @angelamd59,

    I had a closer look at your form and the behavior that you’re experiencing actually looks intended, let me elaborate that further below.

    You have your emails set to send only non empty fields, however, your fields are not actually empty, you have default value set to 0 (zero) so the field does still a value entered when the form is submitted.

    I then did a test by removing the default value and using the 0 as placeholder instead and that worked in the way you’re looking for. Since the fields were now empty they weren’t included in the email.
    You can check this GIF for better explanation of what I’m referring to:

    So setting your fields like this should do the trick.

    Hope this helps.

    Cheers,

    Hi Predrag

    Thank you for your suggestion. It half worked. The {all_non_empty_fields} worked, as I only got the fields that had been filled out in the email. What isn’t working is the X.00. I followed your example and redid the fields, but the email is still putting the .00 after the amount selected. This is not so bad now as only the ordered fields appear on the email.

    Thanks
    Angela

    Hi @angelamd59

    I hope you are doing well.

    I checked the status of this issue and it is planned to Forminator 1.15.11, we don’t have the estimated time to release this version yet but it should be soon as the upcoming is 1.15.10 https://wpmudev.com/roadmap/#forminator
