    You can use tokens to customize the email subjects, thus making them unique, as explained here:
    https://jetpack.me/support/contact-form/#customize-subject

    Here is what I use on my own site, for example:
    Contact Form jeremy.hu from {Name}

    It allows me to include the person’s name in the subject. Unless the same person contacts me twice, no contact form email gets grouped in my Gmail inbox.

    {name} didn’t work, but {email} just works! That’s great!

    The token has to match one of the values you use in your form. If you use “Name” instead of “name”, you’d need to use the capital letter for example. That could explain why {name} didn’t work for you.
