Email Subject Customer Name Doesn’t Show

  • In the email body “{customer_name}” is successfully show the customer name but in the email subject this code was not work it just show a plain text “Hi [{customer_name}, 0] Review recently purchased products”, i try to replace the code to “{order_id}” and it’s works fine.

    please help me found out

    Unfortunately, the placeholder {customer_name} isn’t supported in the email subject.
