    Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear about the issue.

    Our weekly Email Summaries should be sent only once per week. Based on your screenshot, it seems this might be an issue with Action Scheduler on your site. You can find more details in our guide here.

    If you go to WPForms ? Tools ? Scheduled Actions, the wpforms_email_summaries_fetch_info_blocks hook should have only 1 completed status per week. Here’s a screenshot for reference.

    When you have a chance, please check the Scheduled Actions page to verify if some pending actions changed their status to complete recently.

    I have some good news to share! We’ve just released WPForms Lite 1.9.1.4.

    In this version, our development team has made an improvement to prevent the same weekly Email Summary from being sent multiple times. With this, we do not expect the issue you reported to occur again.
