email, sorting, $$

Would be grand if someone could help with the questions I’ve asked before…

How do I alter the email address that an inquiry is sent to?
How do I get rid of the double $$ on a listing?
and more importantly now…
How can I sort the properties by status so it’s Active first, then reduced, pending, sold?
