Email SMTP server error: DATA END command failed Detail

    I am having issues with WP Mail SMTP. I have the account set up. When someone submits a submission form from WPForms, they receive the submission form confirmation email, but the confirmation email for the company email will not send. Every time I run a test submission I get this error.

    SMTP Error: data not accepted.SMTP server error: DATA END command failed Detail: Request failed; Mailbox unavailable SMTP code: 550

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Please bear in mind that this error message you are receiving is coming from your SMTP server.

    The times we have come across this, it’s usually because the email address being used to send the emails is not authorized by the SMTP server. For example, if your host will only allow emails to be sent from a specific address when using their SMTP connection.

    To resolve this, I’ll recommend contacting your SMTP hosting provider and explaining the issue to them as to why their server is throwing an error when using your email address. They should be able to resolve this from their end.
