Email signup not working on website

    The email signup box (plug in) is no long functioning on our website. It stopped functioning last week after we updated the plugin. We have the most recent version installed.

    When you enter your email in the signup box and click ‘submit’ the email does not register with our MailChimp account and new subscribers do not receive their confirmation email.

    I have already spoke with support at MailChimp and our account is fully functioning and therefor they said it was the plug in.

    We are loosing new potential customers because this is not functioning like it should be and need to get it fixed ASAP.

    Please advise.

    Thanks for hopping in the forum. Sorry to hear you’re having some problems with the plugin. We would be happy to look into this, but we need a little more information. Can you send us a link to your site with the form? Also can you send us the version of WordPress you’re using and the version number of the plugin?

    Hi Sultralifestyles,

    Thanks for sending the site info. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin in your wordpress site? And in the settings for the plugin are you able to pick a list? Would you mind sending us a link to your MailChimp form? This guide explains finding that link: https://kb.mailchimp.com/article/how-do-i-share-my-signup-form
