Email shows wrong date after reservation

Hi
We installed the restaurant reservation Business profile plugin for multiple locations successfully, but the email notification that comes saying: “your reservation is waiting to be confirmed’ shows a wrong date and year for ex: Monday June 9th, 2014 – the same date for all the reservations. Please let me know how I can fix this. I would really appreciate your help.
