Email shows short code instead of customers full name

Hi Guys,
New to your plugin and appreciate your work and any help you can give.
After running some tests, the customer name isn’t being pulled from woocommerce (latest version) and latest version of wordpress, and latest version of your plugin installed.
I have it set up to request a review from trustpilot. The first part of the email shows as follows:
Dear {{customer_full_name}},
When the email is received – the customer name is not shown – it shows only the short code of {{customer_full_name}},
Can you assist?

This is our test email, in the actual email the customer’s name will be there.
Could you check it by sending it to a customer?
