Email settings not saving type and content of email

  • Hi, i bought ivy school theme with learnpress and when i configure email templates, form is not saving information about:
    – email format
    – email content

    You can reproduce this bug buy trying to change format and content of the email template (any will do) and try to save. I tried to fix this and what i can tell by now (i don’t have time to code this right now) script for saving this settings page is having problem with multidimensional arrays, example:

    settings_page_name[name_of_config_input] will save just fine

    but

    settings_page_name[name_of_group][name_of_input] will be lost upon saving.

    Later i will try to fix it for my client on the website, so i can provide exact file where the bug is located.

    We’re checking it and will release it soon.

    We are having the same problem. It is not saving the Learnpress email preferences. We purchased the announcement plugin and it does the same. The other Learnpress emails are also affected. The ability to change the font is also not available on the Learnpress HTML email template. This is running Eduma 4.2.6

    It is working on our staging website which is running Eduma 4.2

    We get sooooooooo tired of these constant bugs.
