Sorry to hear that.

You can check if there is a conflict with your current theme or another plugin.

Be sure to:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce (I’ve already read there are no other plugins active, you can disgregard this step)
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

Thanks for the quick reply. It works on a clean install of WordPress and Woo 5.9 with both themes. No clue but closing ticket.
