Email Setting – Page not found

    Hi,

    When I wanted to disable notification email on the settings page, after unchecking the check box for sending out emails for new sign ups and clicking save, it will direct me to a page not found.

    Please assist. Thank you.

    Hi @sgben,

    Please ask your hosting provider to disable any mod security if it’s activated. If that doesn’t solve this issue, please go to your wp-content->Themes->Your child theme/ theme folder and make sure the file permission is at least 755. UM saves the email templates inside the theme folder->ultimate-member folder. You need to make sure that these folders have write permission to make it work.
