“Email Server Problem” when submitted

We have a contact form at: https://theroyaloakateydon.co.uk/contact/
…but when a message is submitted it comes up with “Email Server Problem”. My ISP has thoroughly checked things out their end and say that all is fine there. The message is received via email…it just comes up with the wrong response message?
Any help much appreciated.
