Email Sent with Wrong Background Color Then Template Disappeared After Edit

  • One of my emails sent with odd incorrect background color so I went to correct it. Once I edited it and updated it the template disappeared, page went white and I can’t do a thing in there now. Can’t add blocks, edits, nothing.

    I don’t want to touch anything else in my collection of templates and have more customizations break. These took a long time to create. Can I get a roll back version of the plugin?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    I’m afraid it’s not possible. Because of the corrupted data so the template must be recreated from scratch. However, if the template hasn’t been saved (Save button clicked) in the edit page since the initial error occurred, I can try to find a solution. In that case, please open a ticket on this Support Forum.

    And, please ensure you’re using the latest version
