Email sent successfully but not being received?

Hi there,
The is very frustrating :-(. I’ve managed to get it into a position setting up Outlook API and the email log says it has been sent fine and I can see that the emails are sending out OK. Lost Password, or New User appear to be logged.
However, the emails are simply not being received? Please help!
