So i created contact form using WPForms, and now, through contact form I can send email and i get success notification for send email, BUT I don’t receive that email. How can i fix it?

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with email delivery.
To troubleshoot the issue, you can check that your form notification settings are configured correctly by following our tutorial.
If your notification settings are correct, the issue is likely because the emails sent from WordPress are not authenticated (unlike emails sent directly from dedicated email service providers). As a result, they are likely to be filtered by the receiving mail server.
To resolve email delivery issues like this, you can configure a SMTP plugin on your site so that emails are sent as authenticated. We have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.

Hi, I am a novice WordPress user. I have a contact form in the footer of our webpage, https://www.aacg.com. I have installed the WPMail SMTP lite plug-in. We have another website, https://www.equitypath.com with this very same setup and the contact form works.
I had been receiving the WP Mail test emails but don’t seem to be receiving those today(may be a long delay?), however, the contact form has never worked except 2 times when I tested it while also logged into WordPress–it has never sent me a contact form email when not logged into WordPress.
Not sure if this is part of the issue but on my Footer page in WordPress it states “
“This page is currently selected to be displayed as footer. (Set in Enfold ? Footer).?<small>(Change)</small>
Therefore it cannot be accessed directly by the general public in your frontend. (Logged in users who are able to edit this page can still see it)” This comment is not in WordPress for the other website with the working contact form.
I recommend checking if the From Email configured in the WP Mail SMTP is the same From Email in the notification settings of your form. You can take a look at the two first points in the WP Mail SMTP guide here to troubleshoot this issue.
