Email sending to me

Hi All and thanks in advance

I am really struggling or being really stupid, I have many forms on my website (www.africanoverlanders.com) I want to set them up to send me an email each time they are used.

So go to form, notifications, add new, type – email, fill in the details.

I get the email back saying thank you for the booking etc.

But nothing to my email of what has been posted, is this the correct area I am using or am I in totally the wrong place?
