    Hi @webreneszansz,

Thanks for reaching out! Please kindly know that the Default PHP mailer is the method your site uses to send emails when the WP Mail SMTP plugin is not set up.

Generally speaking, it is not recommended to use the ‘Default’ (PHP) mailer because your emails will not be authenticated and your email deliverability may be low enough that your emails will end up in spam folders or might not get delivered at all.

When you get a chance, please configure a mailer on your site to deliver your WordPress email notifications. In case it helps, you can see all the available mailers from here.

    I hope this helps. Thanks!

Action Recommended: It doesn’t look like DMARC has been set up on your domain (gasztromarket.hu). We recommend using the DMARC protocol because it helps protect your domain from unauthorized use. Please check out?this step-by-step guide?for details on how to add the DMARC record to your domain’s DNS.

For the DMARC setp I can follow the article, but how can Is olve the SPF record problem? I mean, what is the concrete txt record, which I should add to the domain?

    Thank you very much.

    Hi @webreneszansz,

Thanks for getting in touch! Once you configure a mailer, make sure to update the “From Email Address” on the WP Mail SMTP -> Settings page using your WP Mail SMTP authenticated email address.

Then to check your email deliverability score, you can send a test email (WP Mail SMTP -> Tools) to the email address displayed on this tool. After that, check your report.

You can then share that report with your email provider, and they should be able to assist you in configuring the necessary DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) correctly for your domain.

    I hope this helps. Thanks!

    Hi @webreneszansz,

Thanks for getting in touch! Please check whether you can locate any failed events under the debug events section.

Also, please check WooCommerce -> Settings -> Emails section and confirm whether you have correctly configured email notifications.

    I hope this helps. Thanks!
