Email Sending not working

I have a subscription form for users that seems to be not working. I found a list of new subscribers who haven’t confirmed their subscription. So I went in to enter my personal email to subscribe but received no email to confirm the subscription.
I followed the troubleshooting steps available in knowledge base and authorised the sender’s email again but still nothing happens when any user tries to subscribe.
I am using MailPoet sending service which requires 2 step confirmation but it seems my users never received the confirmation email.
I have also tried purging my server cache as well my system cookies.
