Email sending no longer works

  • Email notification seems to be broken. Every time an email tries to be sent, I get the following error in the logs:

    Hi @ayntk, please excuse the delay!

    I see there could be a conflict with the AAM plugin, causing the email send problem. I tried installing the plugin and setting up custom admin to receive the SolSec File Change emails, but I did not get the same error.

    I’ll need to confirm the conflict first before I can submit a report, so can you please share if the admin user you’re trying to add is a custom admin created in AAM? If so, please let me know what capabilities are disabled so I can try to replicate it. Please also send screenshots of your SolSec Notifications and User Groups > Administrators > Edit Groups settings (you may blur out the username).

    If you could provide the exact steps on how I can re-create the issue, that would be very helpful.
