    Hello,

I am using the WP-Mail-SMTP plugin, and I was able to send a test email successfully.

I have set my Order E-mail Frequency to: “On change”.
however when i enter an order or change the status of one it is telling this:

    This page isn’t working

domain.name.com is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500

what can i do to fix it? (i have tried disabling all my plugins but i still get this error message)

    thanks

    Hi Shane,

Did this only start when you set up WP Mail SMTP? If you deactivate just that plugin, do you get the same error? If you choose one of the other options for order email frequency, do you get the same error? Are you changing the status of the order in the admin or on the front end?

Even if the wp mail plugin is deactivated it is the same error. The problem started from the time I installed your plug in as in It has not sent an email as of yet. If the email is disabled in the options instead of on change setting then it works perfectly. As in it doesn’t have to send the email so no error as well. Changing the status in the admin panel. Please advise. Thanks

    Hello shane,

Could you try using a couple of different email ID as well, just to be sure that this issue is not because of the email you are using.
Some users of our plugins have told us that simply creating an email address called [email protected](replace domain.com with your actual domain name) has rectified issues with email notification.

    Best regards,
