    Hi,
    this last days, i can’t send any newsletter. I have some error message. I try with SMTP, and the message is : Failed, Time out. I change the credential and the same problem.
    I try with some provider and i can’t send message too.

    When i try to send a test email. That work but when i want to send the newsletter, this don’t work.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience that you are having currently. Is there any other email service or SMTP you are using? If this is the case, for testing purpose please deactivated that and try the full scenario.

    Let us know how many emails you have on the list or to how many emails you are trying to send the newsletter. We will be needing to know the number to understand the situation. Are you trying to send newsletter to a segments or to a list, we need this information too along with the sending gateway name that you are using.

    Hi,
    The newsletter sending worked until the last few days. I have little to send 4 without problem. I don’t use segment

    But for a few days, whether I send a newsletter to 2 or 900 the problem is the same. I have an error message:
    In SMTP: Failed to send mail Time out
    With providers: Unable to connect

    I don’t have another SMTP plugin

    If I try to send a test mail, it works. But when sending the newsletter it does not work
