Email Sender Name stuck on WordPress.com

  • I use basic wordpress + Jetpack to send emails when posts are published, to subscriber list in Jetpack.

    It use4d to work and show emails from GardenMyths. Last fall I changed themes, moved hosting to BigScoots, added Raptive ads. Around that time it stopped working.

    The Sender Name (correspondent) is now always wordpress.com.

    I tried WP Change Email Sender to change the name, but it does not work. I also tried Change Mail Sender and it didn’t work either. I’d prefer to use WP Change Email Sender.

    I use Generate Press theme, almost no additional coding.
