    Hi,

    I am glad to know that our plugin is working on your store.

    I have checked the issue on our staging server but I am not able to replicate it. I have activated payment method “Direct Bank Transfer” on my store and placed the order after “Cart abandoned cut-off time” limit. And my abandoned order have been deleted from the “Abandoned Order” tab. I have also placed the order via abandoned cart reminder email but for that, I am not able to replicate it.

    Can you please let me know when you have used (manual) bank transfer payment method you are able to reach the order received page? When order is placed with “Direct Bank Transfer” payment method then the order status for that order will be “Waiting”. Our plugin considers the order status “Failed” and “Pending” as an abandoned carts and it will not delete the record from the abandoned orders tab and send them the abandoned cart reminder email.

    If the user has reached the order received page in your case and still the order is displayed under the abandoned orders tab then can you please drop an email on tickets at tychesoftwares dot uservoice dot com email address? So that I can assist you on your issue.
