Email send only to first recipient (new-order email)

    Woocommerce version – 5.0.0; woocommerce multilingual Version 4.11.2; WPML Multilingual CMS- Version 4.4.9
    Up to recently, the NEW_ORDER email went to all my recipients, but since last week only to the first one. When I uninstall woocommerce multilingual, it works again.
