Email Routing not working

Hello,
I’m trying to set up a form that, when someone selects a certain clinician, the form will be emailed to that particular clinician. However, I have tested this form numerous times and no one is receiving any emails and I’m not sure how to fix this. Even when we take off the email routing and just have the form sent to the receptionist always, we don’t get any emails.
The forms responses are being recorded, but emails aren’t being sent. Any thoughts?
