    Hello,

    I’m trying to set up a form that, when someone selects a certain clinician, the form will be emailed to that particular clinician. However, I have tested this form numerous times and no one is receiving any emails and I’m not sure how to fix this. Even when we take off the email routing and just have the form sent to the receptionist always, we don’t get any emails.

    The forms responses are being recorded, but emails aren’t being sent. Any thoughts?

    I hope you are doing good today.

    I made a test on my lab site and both features work fine: emails are sent in both cases no matter if I set up routing or not.

    Does the site use any SMTP plugin? If not, could you set up one and see if that helps?
