Email review before activation

    Hello, I would like to have the admin be able to review the new account before sending an activation email. When the account is made the admin sees the gear that allows to resend the activation email but if the activation email is set to on, the subscriber gets it at the same time as an email that says the account is under review and if the activation email is off the admin can’t resend or send an activation email. I hope this makes sense. How does one create an account and receive only the Account in review email and how does the Admin send out the email to activate the account.

    There’s no resend activation in the Profile form’s “gear icon” once the user is approved by an Admin. Could you please provide detailed steps to reproduce the issue?

    Hi, thanks for the reply. Basically what I want is that someone signs up for the directory and gets a welcome email, they get accepted and gets an activation email but when I put the activation email setting on it comes with the welcome email but the request to join has to be reviewed first. They are both coming in at the same time. I wanted to possibly have the registration have all the fields filled in at once but it seems registration won’t allow a photo upload. I’m sure I’m missing something but can’t seem to make this a bit more seamless than it is. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
    At the moment they register, I get the email that they registered then I accept them and I have to send an email to them to sign in put in their information. Ideally they would register with all their information at once including photo and would be accepted onto the site.

    What’s the Registration Status set in the User Role settings on your site? Please go to WP Admin > Ultimate Member > User Roles > Edit/Add a role > see “Registration Options”.
