Email Retrieval Not Working

  • For the premium add-on, the Email Retrieval does not work. I have already tried contacting the plugin creator, whom took several weeks of running me around in circles just to say “contact your host”. The support for this plugin is subpar/non-existent. Find a plugin where they actually help you get their product to work properly, as paid for. Also, recently they completely changed the backend layout for the plugin, which has taken away a lot of different aspects over which the backend user previously had control. Don’t like it.

    I agree with you 100% over the change to the backend. It makes no sense whatsoever and, unless the previous backend is reinstated by default (and not just as a so-called “Legacy” option), I think it probably spells the end of this once-promising plugin.

    As you mentioned, the standard look and feel can be reverted back to the original layout. We’re constantly working on new functionality and aesthetics and a result of this, the new dashboard was introduced.

    If you can provide any feedback as to how we can improve the dashboard, that is always welcomed ??
